1 Samuel 2:1
And Hannah prayed and said:
“My heart rejoices in the LORD;
My strength is exalted in the LORD.
I smile at my enemies,
Because I rejoice in Your salvation.

Hannah is great Biblical prayer model of mothers praying. My prayer model was my Mom. Mom
learned to pray and read her Bible at a young age. Prayer got her through losing her dad at age 10, financing two years of a well-known Christian college on faith, a fire that stopped before reaching a Christian camp where my brother was employed. Now she is home in heaven meeting all the people she prayed for over a lifetime.

Mother’s Day is a great day to renew our prayer commitment in our lives.
